Executed a comprehensive redesign of the SCRED district website, including adding MTSS and eduCLIMBER resources
Created this website to share my iAscend templates with educators who need to progress monitor but don't have graphing tools available

I am also a recovering workaholic who has been inches from end-stage burnout repeatedly in my relatively short career. As I relearn how to pursue my purpose in a sustainable way, I am very grateful for the educators out there who see my humanity and treat me with thoughtful compassion.

Consultative or Training Services

I don't promote myself or seek out contractual work. That said, I love public speaking and I also feel a sense of professional responsibility to give school districts out there some avenue to seek face-to-face support if they really need it. My current fees are:

Consultation: $125/hour
Training: $225/hour

I don't give up my personal time for free, but I am not interested in "supply-and-demand" and charging districts as much as I can. My rates are based on my teacher-contract salary, with cushion built in for time to exchange emails, prep, etc. I generate quotes per engagement and sometimes have to incorporate travel expenses, etc.

Most often, districts ask me to provide training on the Be Good People curriculum, but I also consult and train on many other topics (see the key resources I've developed, above, for an idea of scope). *Regarding Be Good People — my preference is to work with districts who have already reviewed the basic information that I've made available (ex. FAQs, implementation guidance). If you don't contract with me for services, cool! — I've worked very hard to make sure that the information and resources you need are all readily available on SCRED's websites (see above).
